Sthembiso Majola

Sthembiso Majola is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in equity capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President in Equity Capital Markets at Standard Bank Group since October 2021, Sthembiso previously held various positions at Rand Merchant Bank, including Equity Capital Markets Transactor and Corporate Finance Transactor, where responsibilities included advising on IPOs and corporate finance issues. Sthembiso also has experience in debt capital markets through a rotation focused on fixed income instruments. Earlier career achievements include serving as Corporate Relations Director for the Investment Society at the University of Cape Town and completing internships at Rand Merchant Bank and Citi. Sthembiso holds a Business Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
