Sue Tosh

Sue Tosh currently serves as the Global Head of Reward and Group Head of Human Resource Practice at Standard Bank Group since January 2012, overseeing the Group Reward Philosophy and strategy across global operations, while also presenting and advising at remuneration committees. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Reward for South Africa and Emerging Markets at Old Mutual from January 2010 to February 2012, where leadership encompassed regions such as South America, India, China, and Africa. Additionally, Sue Tosh held positions at Old Mutual Investment Group, managing institutional distribution and stakeholder relations, and previously led a team of actuaries and consultants at Old Mutual. Sue Tosh holds a B.Sc in Mathematical Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Cape Town.
