Tamsyn Els is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions at Standard Bank Group since May 2015, where focus is on connecting talent with impactful work opportunities. Previously, Tamsyn held multiple HR executive roles at Nedbank, including overseeing strategic projects and talent management, driving human capital strategies to enhance IT capabilities and accelerate development approaches for employee growth. Tamsyn possesses an MBA from Henley Business School and holds several degrees from the University of Johannesburg, including a BA Honours in Psychology and qualifications in Industrial Psychology and psychometry.
