Thabiso Tlhakanye

Thabiso Tlhakanye is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in business readiness, human resources, and operational management. Currently serving as a Business Readiness Senior Manager at Standard Bank Group since November 2010, Thabiso leads the implementation of business readiness capabilities for digitized solutions while supporting stakeholders in system transitions. Previous roles at Standard Bank included Gauteng Regional Senior Manager and Provincial HR Head for Gauteng and Limpopo, where Thabiso focused on human capital strategy and client banking operations.
