Xongani Mboweni

Xongani Mboweni is a Feature Analyst in CIB Market Risk Technology at Standard Bank Group since May 2023, responsible for analyzing business requirements, collaborating on feature development, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Key achievements include the design of processes for FRTB reporting, establishing strong stakeholder relationships, and optimizing Agile practices. Previously, Xongani held roles at COOi Studios as an Innovation Associate and Senior Technology and Innovation Analyst, where successful management of the COOi Climate Tech product line was notable. Early career experience at Eskom Holdings included technical trainee roles focused on turbine maintenance and condition monitoring. Xongani holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, along with a high school diploma from Rand Park High School.
