Brent McDougall

Brent McDougall is an accomplished professional in resourcing and talent acquisition with extensive experience across various leadership roles within prominent financial institutions and recruitment firms. Currently serving as the Head of Resourcing for Singapore and ASEAN at Standard Chartered, Brent also holds the position of Co-Global Head of Executive Resourcing. Prior to this, Brent was with HSBC, where responsibilities included Asia Resourcing Lead for Commercial Banking and Global Banking and Markets, as well as serving as an Executive Search Partner. Additional experience includes roles as Regional Director at Gough Recruitment, Director of Hospitality, Leisure, and Development at Cornerstone Global Partners, and Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited.
