Chiranjeet Mishra

Chiranjeet Mishra is a Technology Intern at Standard Chartered Bank since May 2023 and serves as the Overall Placement Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati until July 2024. As a Research Consultant at WorldQuant from October 2022, Chiranjeet focuses on developing trading strategies known as alphas with substantial backtesting. Previously, Chiranjeet held various roles, including Quants Head at the Finance and Economics Club, leading a team of over 80 students in finance-related projects, and Coordinator for the Coding Club, engaging in data science and machine learning initiatives. Chiranjeet also contributed as an Associate in the Consulting and Analytics Club while gaining research experience in drug re-purposing at IIT Guwahati. Chiranjeet is pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology at IIT Guwahati, expected to graduate in 2024.
