Dawn Boon

Dawn Boon, CISA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in application and infrastructure compliance within the banking sector, currently serving as Head of Application & Infrastructure Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank since July 2015. In this role, Dawn leads the execution of audits for global projects, focusing on regulatory compliance, technology, and project management processes. Prior to this position, Dawn held various leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Head of Project Control and Assurance Director. Previous experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at RBS and managing global technology audits at Standard Chartered Bank, as well as significant tenures at KPMG and Ernst & Young in advisory and risk management roles. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
