Deogratias Shirima

Deogratias Shirima is a seasoned finance and business professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Local & Mid Corporates - CCIB at Standard Chartered Bank, Deogratias has also held the position of Corporate Relationship Manager at the same institution. Prior to this role, Deogratias was employed at Vodacom Tanzania Limited, where responsibilities included serving as Product Manager for M-Commerce Strategic Solutions and as a Senior Accountant. Additionally, Deogratias worked as Product Development Manager for M-Commerce Strategic Partnerships at Vodacom Tanzania Plc. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute, completed between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam.
