Dharmendran V is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in application development and architecture. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Engineering at Standard Chartered since October 2016, Dharmendran V has successfully led the migration of legacy PEGA applications to Quarkus, enhancing performance and scalability while reducing costs. Previously, as AVP and Application Solution Architect, contributed to the creation of an award-winning low-code BPM product that streamlined workflow solutions. With a background in leading technical initiatives, designing secure applications, and developing workflow solutions across various financial institutions, Dharmendran V showcases a strong commitment to innovation and team development. Educationally, Dharmendran V holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai.
