Dheeraj Suryavanshi

Dheeraj Suryavanshi possesses extensive experience in workforce management and leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of WFM Global Voice and Virtual at Standard Chartered Bank since December 2019, Dheeraj previously held the position of Senior Manager of Workforce Management at MetLife and Project Manager at Barclays Shared Services, where responsibilities included service delivery and command center management. Earlier career roles at Barclays encompassed assistant manager and officer positions in WFM, emphasizing SLA and stakeholder management. Dheeraj began their professional journey as an Analyst in Workforce Management at New vC International Pvt. Ltd and as a Technical Support Executive at Wipro BPO LTD. Dheeraj holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Delhi University, complemented by a Senior Secondary education in Applied Mathematics from Tagore Academy Public School.
