Fernn Lim

Fernn Lim serves as the Chief Operating Officer of audax since January 2023, focusing on modernizing banking solutions. Concurrently, Fernn is involved with the Singapore Financial Leaders Network under the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and holds the position of Global Chief of Staff for Standard Chartered nexus, where responsibilities include delegating for the CEO and leading the establishment of audax. Fernn has also contributed to SC Ventures through fintech scouting and venture building. Previous roles include Head of Culture and Fintech Acceleration at OCBC Bank, along with various innovation strategist positions at Accenture and other firms. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Innovation Management from Central Saint Martins and a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Nanyang Technological University.
