Rishi Raj

Rishi Raj, FRM, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in regulatory reporting and capital change projects related to Basel standards. Currently serving as Vice President at Standard Chartered since October 2019, Rishi has been instrumental in implementing Basel IV across multiple regions, including the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, and China, while working closely with key regulators such as PRA, HKMA, and MAS. Previously held positions include Assistant Vice President at Standard Chartered focusing on SACCR and COREP implementation, and at JPMorgan Chase & Co. managing regulatory reporting for Basel III and IV. Rishi's extensive experience also includes roles at HSBC and Deloitte in financial risk management and regulatory reporting. Rishi holds an FRM certification from GARP, a PGDM in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
