Rob Coombes possesses extensive experience in compliance, particularly in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Affluent & Wealth at Standard Chartered, Rob has held multiple leadership roles within the same bank, including Chief Compliance Officer for Affluent Coverage, Priority, and Private Banking, and Head of Transaction Banking Compliance. Prior to Standard Chartered, Rob worked at The Royal Bank of Scotland, focusing on compliance in Treasury and Capital Markets. Rob holds an M.Sc. in Financial Services Regulation from London Metropolitan University, completed between 1996 and 1998.
