Shaun Taylor

Shaun Taylor is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major financial institutions. Currently serving as CFO for the Americas at Standard Chartered Bank since January 2007, Shaun supports the regional CEO in strategy execution and is an active member of various leadership and governance teams. Previous roles at Standard Chartered include Head of Product & Valuation Control Global Business Services in India and ASEAN Finance Head for Corporate and Institutional Banking in Singapore. Prior to Standard Chartered, Shaun held significant positions at Barclays and Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities spanned across FX, emerging markets, and product control in various global locations. Shaun began a career at PwC as an auditor, where qualification as a Chartered Accountant was achieved. Educational credentials include a degree in Mathematics from the University of Bristol and ICAEW qualifications.
