Titus Tan

Titus Tan currently serves as the Director and Cyber Security Lead at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on cyber incident analysis, control gap assessments, and the development of strategic cyber threat scenarios. Prior to this role, Titus held multiple key positions at ExxonMobil for over 33 years, including Cyber Security COE Advisor and various management roles in network operations and engineering across multiple regions. Experience includes extensive advisory and technical support in cyber security, risk assessment, and network infrastructure. Titus holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science with a minor in Statistics from Oklahoma State University and has a GCE A Level from Wisbech College of Higher Education and Horticulture in the UK.
