Watson Stewart

Watson Stewart has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent at Standard Chartered Bank since June 2017, where responsibilities include defining and implementing a bank-wide approach to leadership competencies and talent assessment. Prior to this role, Watson held several key positions at Bupa from 2009 to 2016, including Senior People Business Partner for Information Systems & Technology and Head of Global HR Programmes, focusing on strategic people support and operational delivery of HR initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Telstra and McDonald's, demonstrating a diverse background in organizational development and team performance improvement. Watson holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong.
