Cristina Obaya is an experienced professional in asset management and property operations, currently serving as an Associate Asset Manager at Standard Communities since September 2022. Previously, at Related Group from August 2019 to September 2022, Cristina held multiple managerial roles, including Regional Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operational and financial aspects of seven properties totaling 1,252 units, and ensuring compliance with various housing policies. Prior roles at Related Group included Area Manager, Senior Property Manager, and Property Manager, managing properties ranging from 104 to 637 units. Early career experience includes roles as a Graphic Designer at Brickell Village Realty and Upstairs, and as an Office Assistant at Dream Big Purchases and Exports Inc. Cristina graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires.
