Ger Roovers

Ger Roovers is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Director for the Benelux Area at Babcock Wanson Group since October 2023. Since October 2011, Ger has held leadership roles at Standard Fasel B.V. as Directeur and Business Unit Manager. Additionally, Ger has been a board member at KNAF, focusing on digital motorsport and ICT since November 2020. Previous roles include Manager of Central Prefabrication at Cofely West Industrie and Quality Manager at COFELY GDF-SUEZ, overseeing multiple quality departments. Earlier experience includes positions as Surveyor at Lloyd's Register and Lead Workpreparator and Quality Control at GTI Mechanical BV. Ger holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences, among other educational qualifications.
