Abby McDonald

Abby McDonald is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and previously as Marketing Manager at Standard Heating & Air Conditioning since February 2020, Abby has honed skills in managing customer relationships and promotional strategies. Prior to this, Abby held roles as Shift Lead at Pizza Ranch from December 2011 to February 2020 and Nursing Program Manager at Rasmussen College between August 2017 and January 2019. Additionally, Abby was a Student Engagement Representative at Rasmussen College and a Student Athlete at St. Cloud State University. Abby earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Cloud State University in 2017 and a Discipleship III Certificate from Youth With A Mission in 2019.
