Julie Rose

Julie Rose is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Manager at Standard Heating & Air Conditioning since April 2016, Julie provides senior-level HR Generalist expertise and partners closely with leadership and employee teams to source and recruit talent in various roles. Previously, from March 1998 to November 2015, Julie held the position of Human Resources Manager at Essendant, supporting HR needs across multiple business units and facilitating staff development. Earlier in their career, Julie worked as a Benefits Representative at Best Buy, where responsibilities included managing benefits programs and facilitating training sessions. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Economics from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
