Traci Conley MBA, BSRT is a seasoned marketing and healthcare professional with extensive experience in the Radiation Oncology field. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Standard Imaging, Inc., Traci excels in both upstream and downstream activities, effectively enhancing brand personality and voice through key account management and strategic trade event engagement. With a strong passion for advancing the industry, Traci previously held the position of Thought Leadership Manager and has contributed to significant brand and business development initiatives. As the host of the "Out of the Gray" podcast, Traci collaborates with leading experts to discuss pivotal topics in Oncology. Past roles include CEO and Co-Founder of Nautilus Solutions, Application Consultant, and Applications Trainer at Brainlab. Traci began the career as a Radiation Therapist II at the Indiana University Health Proton Therapy Center, where patient interaction and quality assurance were paramount.
