Alexandra Burban

Alexandra Burban is the current Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Standard Industries. Alexandra has over 19 years of experience in corporate advisory services, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advice. Alexandra has a focus on cross-border transactions involving the US and Japan, China, India and South Korea.

Prior to joining Standard Industries, Alexandra was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners where they headed up Asia Cross-Border Advisory. Alexandra was responsible for providing corporate advisory services including mergers & acquisitions and strategic advice with a focus on cross-border transactions involving the US and Japan, China, India and South Korea.

Before Evercore Partners, Alexandra worked at Lehman Brothers for nine years in their Investment Management Division. Alexandra was the Vice President of Product Development & Strategy for Europe & Middle East. In this role, Alexandra was responsible for overseeing product development and strategy for the Lehman Brothers' Investment Management Division in Europe & Middle East.

Alexandra Burban has a BBA in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a BA in Italian from The University of Texas at Austin.
