Charles Crimmins

Charles Crimmins is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in strategic roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Chief of Staff at Standard Industries, a global industrial company, Charles has previously held significant positions including Senior Vice President & Deputy Chief of Staff at Salesforce, where leadership in Executive Strategy & Partnerships was emphasized. Charles partnered with Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates as Chief of Staff at Rice, Hadley, Gates & Manuel, and built the Office of the President for the Boy Scouts of America. An adjunct professor at William & Mary Law School, Charles taught courses on legal history and civic engagement, and has extensive legal experience from roles at William & Mary as Coordinator of Legal Services and as a law clerk. Charles began a career in education as a bilingual teacher and holds a JD from William & Mary Law School and a BA in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
