Katie Butterfield

Katie Zutter Butterfield is currently the Vice President of Internal Communications at Standard Industries, a role commenced in January 2019, where Katie develops and leads global internal communications strategies. Previously, Katie held the position of Senior Director at AECOM, overseeing enterprise program communications and change initiatives from June 2016 to January 2019. Katie's experience includes serving as Vice President of Employee Engagement & Change Management at Weber Shandwick and working as Communications Executive for The Atlantic Philanthropies, contributing to internal and external communications strategies. Additional roles include Senior Account Executive at Ruder Finn and Associate at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, with early career experience as a summer intern at Carol Fass Publicity. Katie holds a BA in American Cultural Studies from Bates College and graduated from Fieldston School.
