Louis Feldman

Louis Feldman is currently the Chief Tax Counsel at Standard Industries. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Tax Counsel at GAF from December 2008 to August 2011. Louis also held the position of Managing Director at Barclays Capital from May 2007 to August 2008. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery of structured capital markets products and expertise to U.S.-based clients. Louis also helped to develop and market new tax-efficient products in cooperation with various teams. Louis has extensive experience in tax strategy, planning and structuring, and hascoordinated tax controversies on a global scale.

Louis Feldman attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they earned their Juris Doctor summa cum laude. Louis also holds a BA in Linguistics and Computer Science from Temple University, where they graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, they have a degree in Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Their manager is Jason Pollack, Chief Legal Officer. They are on a team with Rachel Engelstein - Vice President, Chief Litigation & Compliance Counsel, Nicole Manning Hart - Vice President, Chief Labor and Employment Counsel, and Valentina Cassata - VP, Lead Counsel M&A and Corporate.
