Lynne Black

Lynne Black is an experienced legal compliance professional with a comprehensive background in program management and paralegal support. Currently serving as Legal Compliance Program Manager at Standard Industries since September 2020, Lynne has previously held roles at Arconic from February 2016 to October 2019 as Paralegal and Anti-Corruption Program Manager, where leadership in intermediary due diligence and ethical operations was demonstrated. Prior experience includes a Senior Paralegal position at Alcoa, contributing to the development of enhanced due diligence procedures following a significant DOJ/SEC settlement, and a Paralegal role at Xylem Inc., managing Due Diligence Programs. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Paralegal Studies Certificate from SUNY Westchester Community College.
