Author Margaret Kimani

Author Margaret Kimani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment banking and gender mainstreaming leadership. Currently serving as Regional Board Director at Business Engage and Investment Banker at AIB AXIS, Margaret has also held key roles, including Investment Banking Consultant at Standard Investment Bank and Head of Women Banking & Youth Banking at SBM Bank Kenya. Notable achievements include pioneering the Women Banking strategy that significantly increased the women’s portfolio, developing innovative customer-centric financial products, and enhancing the diaspora banking framework at Chase Bank Kenya. Margaret holds an MBA in Financial Economics Management from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and additional degrees in Financial Economics and Economics/Business Studies/Math.
