Megan Kimbell

Megan was appointed Chief HR Officer on an interim basis in April 2021. She has extensive experience in HR leadership and management consulting, specialising in the areas of change management, operating model design and talent management.

Megan joined our company in 2019 as Global Head of HR for our business functions, subsequently expanding her responsibilities to include our business in EMEA. She joined from Travelport Worldwide, where she was General Vice President for Human Resources, Commercial from 2017. Before this, she held HR leadership roles at Barclays Bank PLC from 2010.

Between 1997 and 2010 Megan worked in management consulting – gaining experience in the US, Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa – for Accenture and for Ernst & Young’s consulting business, which was later acquired by Capgemini.
