Oscar Flores Arredondo

Oscar Flores Arredondo serves as the Engineering Manager at Standard Motor Products since November 2023, overseeing the Engineering group for the Temperature Control Division in both the US and Mexico. Prior to this role, Oscar held positions as Operational Excellence Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Superior Essex Communications, focusing on process implementation and continuous improvement in Fiber Optic Cable manufacturing from January 2022 to November 2023. Previously, from August 2013 to December 2021, Oscar worked at Standard Motor Products as Engineering Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading the Manufacturing Engineering team and enhancing the production of Air Conditioner Compressors, Fan Clutches, and Heat Exchangers. Additional experience includes roles as Process Engineer at LG Electronics and Process Technician at Corning Cable Systems. Oscar holds an MBA in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas.
