Erin Hewett is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as an ERP and IT Support Specialist at Standard Supply and Distributing Company Inc., Erin provides support for the Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system. Previous experience includes a position as a Technical Systems Engineer at Mannatech from 2011 to 2019, and various roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from 1999 to 2009, including Supervisor of Technology & QA Services and Manager of the Network and Multimedia Software Testing Center. Erin holds a B.S. in Information Technology from DeVry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish from Trinity University, alongside additional training from Bloc in 2019-2020.
