Caitlin Cronk, MBA, is a technology strategist with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, program and product management, and IT consulting. Caitlin currently serves as the Director of Transformation and Systems Support in Individual Annuities at The Standard. Previously, Caitlin held various roles, including Senior Director of Digital Solutions at NYU Langone Health and worked as a digital and consumer health strategist at Accenture. Caitlin earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Management and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Penn State University, as well as an MBA from Columbia Business School.
