Additionally, McDowell held leadership roles such as Co-Chair of Audit and Endowment at Hillsborough Schools Foundation, Director of Operations at TIAA Kaspick, Vice President & Senior Counsel at State Street Bank, and Director of ERISA Consulting at both ADP and Deutsche Bank. McDowell's educational background includes an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an A.B. in Economics from William & Mary, and a diploma from Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Physical Sciences.
