Kristi Olson

Kristi Olson has over two decades of experience at The Standard, starting as an Underwriter from 1994 to 2000 and progressing to various leadership roles, including Manager of Risk Management and currently serving as Director of Premium Management and Policy Support since January 2001. In the role of Senior Director of GSI Operations and Underwriting, Kristi Olson is responsible for managing a team of Employee Benefit Underwriters, focusing on enhancing their skills in applying sound underwriting and business judgment for effective analysis and evaluation of insurance risks. Kristi Olson holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from Southern Oregon State College, earned between 1987 and 1991.
