Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at XPO Logistics, overseeing change management for 80 Last Mile warehouses and managing a team supporting significant revenue-generating clients. Additionally, Lisa worked at Sprint for over two decades, managing complex project programs and service assurance for wireless and wireline customers, leading a team of project managers and staff.
