Mark Propst

Mark Propst has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark'smost recent position is as Director of Application & Solution Delivery at The Standard, which they started in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as Director of Business Relations at the same company. Before joining The Standard, Mark worked as an Enterprise Partner Engagement Lead at WEX from 2018 to 2020, where they managed enterprise accounts and improved partner communication. From 2016 to 2018, Mark was the Senior Director of Account Management at PayFlex®, where they directed a call center and managed client support. Mark also served as the Payment Innovation Programs Director at Anthem, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, designing unique payment models. Earlier in their career, Mark held roles at Mercer, Aon Consulting, BenefitOne of America, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers / Mellon HR Solutions, where they gained experience in vendor management, open enrollment, process improvement, and project management.

Mark Propst holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Anthropology from the University of Houston. Mark has also obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification from APMG International in 2022.
