Ginzy Decena is a seasoned professional in electronics and quality assurance with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Quality Coordinator at JCA Technologies since October 2019, Ginzy previously held roles as a Production Cell Lead at JCA Electronics and a Test Engineer at Teradyne where significant achievements included leading process improvements and reducing failure rates. In earlier positions with Saturn International Design and Development Corp. and Saturn Electronics Phils Inc., Ginzy developed hardware designs, conducted failure analysis, and ensured quality systems compliance.
