Kendrick McDonald

Kendrick McDonald is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in ERP business solutions and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the LEAP IT Program Industrialization Director at StandardAero since November 2023, Kendrick previously held significant roles, including Director of Global ERP Business Solutions at 3M from October 2019 to November 2022, where oversight included a global ERP ecosystem and cross-functional teams. At Acelity from September 2002 to October 2019, Kendrick led global ERP teams and managed compliance and implementation for Oracle systems, while earlier roles included IT project management and business analysis within the Oracle domain. Kendrick began a career in IT with roles that included Beneficiary Services Supervisor at TriCare and Senior Airman in the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration from South Carolina State University.
