Lee Roulston's work experience begins in 2000 at Rolls-Royce, where they held various finance roles. Lee started as a Finance Analyst, responsible for generating financial statements and optimizing cash flow performance. Lee then became a Finance Manager, overseeing cost and overhead reporting, providing forecasts for budget planning, and evaluating new business proposals. Roulston later served as an Engineering Business Manager, managing R&D investments and delivering program milestones. Lee then transitioned to Senior Finance Manager roles, where they led finance teams, developed performance indicators, ensured compliance with reporting requirements, and supported joint ventures. Lee also served as a Senior Finance Manager for New Product Introduction, contributing to the entry-into-service of a new engine. In their most recent role at Rolls-Royce, Roulston was Vice President of Finance for Customers, providing financial leadership and decision support to airline and lessor customers, evaluating economic and geopolitical factors, and delivering innovative solutions. In 2022, they joined StandardAero as Vice President of Corporate Development.
Lee Roulston studied at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they obtained a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) qualification in Accounting and Business/Management. Their education journey began in 2000, when they enrolled at the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and completed a degree in Accounting and Finance, earning the MAAT designation in 2002.
