Mark Burgess

Mark Burgess is an experienced HR technology leader currently serving as Vice President of HR Technology Solutions at StandardAero since August 2020. Prior to this role, Burgess held the position of Senior Director of HR Technology Solutions at Honeywell International from November 2005 to August 2020, where responsibilities included representing HR senior executive leadership and collaborating with the IT function. Burgess has also served as HRIS Manager at The Gillette Company, overseeing the transition of HR systems post-acquisition and maintaining HRIS systems and vendor relationships. Previous roles include Director of Application Development at Genesys Software / Infinium Software, HRIS Manager at Fidelity Investments, and Director of Human Resources at Western Institute of Neuropsychiatry. Burgess holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Utah, a BS in Social Work from Brigham Young University, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, along with a Green Belt in Six Sigma.
