Brian Fowler is a seasoned professional in microfluidics and instrument engineering, currently holding the position of Senior Director, R&D at Standard BioTools since June 2001. With a background that includes roles as Director of Research and Development and Staff Scientist, Fowler has extensive experience in microfluidic technology development and process engineering. Prior to joining Standard BioTools, Fowler worked as an Engineer at Qplus Networks, developing a copper electroplating process, and served as a Research Assistant at UC Irvine, focusing on MEMS and microfluidic chip development. Brian Fowler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from UC Irvine.
