Victor Santashev Bsc

Victor Santashev BSc is a seasoned mechanical design engineer with extensive experience in various industries, including biomedical, aerospace, and satellite design. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Standard BioTools since May 2018, Victor has played a pivotal role in developing an Imaging Mass Cytometry System and designing vacuum chambers and high-power laser optics. Previous roles include Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer at Planet Labs, where Victor contributed to the optical-mechanical design of satellites, and various positions focused on thermal design, electronic packaging, and mechanical design at companies such as Aversan Inc., Sensity Systems, and Optech Incorporated. Victor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Machine Building University and has a proven track record of innovative design, effective problem-solving, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
