Madeleine Francis

Madeleine Francis has a diverse work experience in software development and web design. Madeleine began their career as a Wordpress Developer at Bowery Creative, where they used Photoshop and WordPress to create visually appealing websites for clients. Madeleine then worked as a Full-stack Developer at CEO.CA, creating an admin dashboard and user settings dialog for an online community. Madeleine also gained experience as a Software Development co-op at Vision Critical, where they monitored UI tests and troubleshooted bugs. Madeleine further expanded their skills as a Coding Camps Instructor at Geering Up UBC Engineering & Science for Kids, teaching programming fundamentals to children. Most recently, Madeleine worked as a React Developer at StandardFusion, building client software products using React and React Native. Throughout their career, Madeleine has prioritized user experience and design while adapting and iterating with clients.

Madeleine Francis completed their Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from The University of British Columbia, from the period of 2014 to 2018.
