Samuel Carter

Samuel Carter is an Associate Attorney at Stander Reubens Thomas Kinsey (SRTK) since February 2021, and previously held the position of Attorney at Wai & Connor, LLP from June 2019 to October 2020. Samuel gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Rose, Klein & Marias LLP in 2018, and served as a Rule 9 Intern at the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office from May 2017 to May 2018, where responsibilities included prosecuting various misdemeanors, representing the State in numerous hearings, negotiating plea agreements, and drafting legal motions. Samuel graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2018.
