With experience in companies and institutions such as Standing Ovation, Wageningen UR, and Imperial College London, Mamou possesses a strong skill set in areas such as HPLC, pyrolysis, crystallography, and biofuel production. Mamou holds a Ph.D in Microbiology from Wageningen University & Research, along with a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering.
