Xavier Pinardon is an accomplished professional specializing in business development and strategic planning within the food industry. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Standing Ovation since June 2025, Xavier previously held significant roles including Food Strategy Development Manager at Syensqo (formerly Solvay) and Solvay, where business strategies for expanding Natural Food Ingredient portfolios were developed through mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital initiatives.
