Brian Hoerning has a diverse professional background spanning over four decades, with significant experience in both ministry and sales. As a Shepherd at Standing Stone Ministry since June 2018, Brian focuses on ministering to pastors facing addiction and providing support to those at risk of leaving the ministry. Prior to this, Brian served as a Marketing and Sales Consultant at Wealth Financial Group West, achieving a notable 54% increase in sales through strategic marketing initiatives. Brian's extensive sales experience includes roles such as Senior Account Manager and General Sales Manager at Salem Media Group, General Sales Manager at Capital Mortgage, and Regional Sales Manager at Directed Electronics, where substantial revenue growth was realized. Earlier in the career, Brian held the position of National Training Manager at Novar, developing a comprehensive B2B sales training program. Brian began in sales as a Sales Trainer at Penn Equities after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Teacher Education from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
