Mike Field

Mike Field currently serves as a Certified Life Coach at CCNI - Christian Coaches Network International and as a Spiritual Director at Grafted Life Ministries, while also holding the position of Field Shepherd at Standing Stone Ministry, where the focus is on supporting ministry leaders. With extensive experience in community facilitation through Looks Like Coffee, Mike fosters unity by valuing human differences. Previous roles include Associate Pastor at The Intersection Church and State Coordinator at the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, where Mike equipped ministers in Oregon. A retired member of DOT/FAA, Mike developed training procedures for Technical Operations Specialists and has also served as a Chaplain for the Spokane County Sheriff's Office, providing support to law enforcement and community members. Military experience includes serving as a Radar Technician in the Washington Air National Guard. Mike holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in International Community Development from Northwest University and a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
