Emerson Spina has over 30 years of professional experience. Emerson began their career in 1987 as an Assistant Finance Officer at Companhia Cimento Portland Itau S.A. In 2005, they moved to Orbitall as a Manager. Emerson then joined Anhanguera Educacional in 2006 as a Professor Titular - Curso Gestão de Contact Center. In 2007, they became Gerente de Atendimento e Relacionamento com o Cliente at Algar Tecnologia. In 2008, they were Gerente de relacionamento e serviços at Atento Brasil. Emerson then moved to TIVIT in 2011 as General Manager Operations. In 2014, they were appointed Diretor Administrativo de Operações and Diretor de operações at Ipsos Brasil. Emerson is currently the Executive Director at Standout Brasil.

Emerson Spina completed a Bachelor's degree in Communication Social from Universidade Paulista in 1999. In 2006-2007, they completed a Post-Graduation in Pedagogy from Unibero. In 2009, they finished a Strategy, Innovation and Execution course from IESE Business School in the field of Business Administration. In 2014, they completed a Master Mind course from The Napoleon Hill World Foundation - Purdue University Calumet with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership. In 2017, they completed an Intensive English course from LAL Language Centres in English as a Second Language.
