Hello everyone, my name is Melvin Yongoua. I work apart of the HR team as a Human Resource Assistant. I have been working in Human Resources for two years. Through my time working in HR I have acquired skills in things like communication, time management, on/offboarding, employee relations and different HRIS. I am currently in school for my Masters in Human Resource Management and should be graduating by fall 2026, from there I aspire to one day be in position as a Human Resource Manager or Chief People Officer.
